Christie Brinkley swapped the cold-shoulder top trend for a strapless swimsuit as she enjoyed a day out at the seaside with her 25-year-old son, Jack Brinkley-Cook, by her side.
“I’ve got SONSHINE on a cloudy day,” the 67-year-old supermodel quipped as she posed in a series of photos with Jack, her only child with third husband Richard Taubman. Brinkley is also mom to daughters Alexa Ray Joel, from her marriage to musician Billy Joel, and Sailor Lee Cook, from her fourth marriage to Peter Cook.
Brinkley paired her indigo strapless swimsuit with a wide-brimmed beach hat, animal-print cover-up around her waist, and red flip-flops, winning raves from fans who hailed her beauty.
The family outing comes just a few months after Brinkley announced her hip replacement at the start of 2021, citing injuries from an April 1994 helicopter crash near Telluride. Taubman was in the same crash, and they married just months later that December in a ceremony held near the crash site. The model gave birth to Jack the following June.
